Home Procedure For BRT
The BRT procedure is simple and easy to do. However, do not be fooled by its simplicity and therefore, skip times or forget to do the procedure. The BRT procedure can produce very long-lasting and profound results for those who consistently do it on a daily basis. Directions for BRT Self Clearance
Take a deep breath and hold it. Then gently tap the
QC Integrator on the vertex of your head 3 times. Let your breath out.
It is that simple! Alternatively, you may hold the
QC Integrator on the the vertex (top point) of your head for approximately 15 to 20 seconds.
To locate this point , run your index fingers upward from the tip of both of your ears
to the top center of your head (in line with your nose). If you wear a hair piece or wig, it is best to take it off, so the
